WELCOME TO THE HOUSE FELLOWSHIP TEAM
On behalf of all stakeholders, I welcome you into the Redeemed Christian Church of God House Fellowship and wish you every good success in this Department. House Fellowship is one of the Departments germane to the Growth of the Missions. Every stakeholder in this Department is a member of the team that contributes directly to the phenomenal growth of the Church. Carved out from the Directorate of Christian Education to operate as an independent unit in 2012, the RCCG House Fellowship is saddled with the responsibility to effect prompt implementation of the Church Growth programs of the Redeemed Christian Church of God on Church
Planting and House Fellowship Development at the grassroots level. This is currently being accomplished through House Fellowship, Soul Winning, Church Planting and Discipleship. In the present form there are eight Units in the RCCG House Fellowship, which include: Administration / Secretarial Unit, Finance and Marketing Unit, Research and Training Unit, Languages and Translation Unit, Data and Statistics Unit, Inspectorate Unit, Youth and Young Adults Outreach Unit and the House Fellowship Leaders Coordinators’ Forum. It can be stated without batting an eye lid that House Fellowship is an important Department of the Mission; and, as you join this team of good people imbued with dedication and untiring commitment, we hold you to the responsibility of working tirelessly and smartly to meet our corporate goals. You will need to recognize and play to the best of your considerable ability, your role on the team.
This handbook was developed to meet the expectation of our team members and to outline the policies, programs, and benefits available to you. Members must familiarize themselves with the contents of this handbook as soon as possible, for it will answer many questions about being a team member of this unique department – RCCG House Fellowship. Please be assured of warm reception at every center of the RCCG House Fellowship. We are optimistic that your experience here will be challenging, enjoyable and rewarding. You can also avail yourself of the opportunities available at our research and training division for quality training in Church Growth, Harvest Conservation and House Fellowship Development. It is our vision to implement the Church Growth programs of the Redeemed Christian Church of God on Church Planting and House Fellowship Development at the grassroots level, using House Fellowship as an instrument of Evangelism. We are optimistic that your experience here will be challenging, enjoyable and rewarding. We pray that the Almighty God will help you to remain an asset to His kingdom. You will never be disappointed because the owner of the work will definitely reward you appropriately for your diligence and commitment.
